At Baby Sitters’ Guild, we take great care in ensuring the best experience for both families and our trusted caregivers. Before finalizing your membership, we require a one-time introductory interview with our team to get to know you, understand your childcare needs, and ensure we’re the right fit. If for any reason we’re unable to accommodate your request—whether due to location, availability, or other factors—you’ll receive a full refund. Our goal is to build long-term, trusted relationships with the families we serve, and we appreciate your understanding!

Baby Sitters’ Guild is committed to providing high-quality childcare, but some specialized care—such as newborn overnight care, medical needs, or special accommodations—may fall outside the scope of this membership.

If you require care for an infant under 3 months old or a child with special needs, please contact us before enrolling to discuss your specific requirements. Our team will work with you to determine the best fit for your family.

Unused hours roll over for up to 6 months for Premium Members, giving you the flexibility to use your hours when you need them most. For Basic and Standard Members, unused hours can roll over for up to 3 months.

We require a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you fully benefit from the program. After that, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. Your remaining hours will still be valid until the end of your final month.

As a member, you’ll receive access to our exclusive booking portal. Simply log in, select your preferred time and date, and we’ll match you with a trusted, vetted sitter. Need consistency? You can also request the same caregiver whenever possible.

If you exceed your monthly hours, you can easily purchase additional hours at your discounted member rate, saving 10-15% off our regular hourly pricing.

Yes, you can upgrade or change your membership tier at any time to better fit your family’s needs. The changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Yes, there is a minimum booking requirement of 4 hours per session to ensure both the sitter’s availability and your family’s needs are met.

Yes, there is an additional charge of $5 per hour for each additional child beyond the first, ensuring all children receive high-quality care and attention.

Membership fees and your included hours are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. This ensures that your hours are available for booking right away.

Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive a unique code that gives you access to a private booking calendar. Use this code to schedule your babysitting hours quickly and easily through our secure portal.

After completing at least 3 months of continuous membership, you’ll receive a special code to redeem your free Kids Adventure Add-On. Simply enter the code when booking through our private calendar, or contact our team to schedule your sitter-led excursion. We’ll take care of the rest!

Yes, blackout dates may apply during high-demand periods, such as major holidays. On these dates, full payment is required, and discounts or membership hour redemptions cannot be applied. Additionally, membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.

There may be additional fees at the conclusion of your service, for example, we charge a transportation fee for sitters who arrive before 9AM or leave after 9PM to ensure their safety. Pricing for these added fees are disclosed when you book your reservation.
