Due to high demand, please contact us to confirm availability before booking on these dates. Discount and promotional codes cannot be applied during high-demand periods.

Before You Book - Good to Know

  • Your caregiver and appointment details will be confirmed via email.

  • A credit card is required to secure your booking. The full booking fee is charged 48 hours before the start of service.

  • Once you confirm your booking, the end time can be extended upon request.

Additional hours beyond your booking are charged upon completion.

Rates and Payment

  • We have a 4-hour minimum on all appointments.

  • Special fees may apply for holidays, children with special circumstances or requests.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations made 48 hour before the start of service will not be charged. However, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. New Year’s Eve requires a $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the sitter.
