Rates and Payment

  • We have a 4-hour minimum on all appointments.

  • Special fees may apply for holidays, children with special circumstances or requests.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full booking fee, and cancellations within 48 hours incur a 4-hour minimum fee. New Year’s Eve requires a $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the sitter.

Due to high demand, please contact us to confirm availability before booking on these dates. Discount and promotional codes cannot be applied during high-demand periods.

Before You Book - Good to Know

  • Your caregiver and appointment details will be confirmed via email.

  • A credit card is required for booking and charged the 4-hour minimum 48 hours before the start of the service remaining balance paid 24 hours prior to the start of the service.

  • Once you confirm your booking, the end time can be extended upon request.

Additional hours beyond your booking are charged upon completion.
