CEO, Baby Sitters’ Guild

Maria runs the New York based, childcare company Baby Sitters Guild, an 80-year-old family business. Prior to taking over for her mother as CEO of BSG, for 15 years, Maria specialized in working with the senior leadership of Law Firms on numerous attorney and employee diversity and benefits programs such as the Parenting Link, the Firm's parental leave policy and re-engagement program and the Woman's Leadership Initiative. Maria's attended Sacred Heart and Boston University, where she obtained a BS in Psychology. Her childhood was spent on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She understands how lucky kids are to grow up in this magical city, full of educational and developmental opportunities.
